Angela is a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. She helps her clients build strong bodies and uses her knowledge in biomechanics to aid clients in building functionally sound bodies. Angela uses innovative techniques and an out of the box approach to help her clients reach their goals.
Milan is a certified personal trainer and graduate of the American Academy of Personal Training and has more than 8 years of experience in the field. With a strong focus on form, Milan belives that improving functionality is the key to achieving ones fitness goals.

Yoga means so many different things to so many people. To me, Yoga means finally arriving home. I love sharing my yoga journey with others. I create in my class a positive, feel- good experience which includes Pranayama (breathing work), Asana (Traditional yoga poses) and Savasana (relaxation and rest).
Adam got his personal training and corrective exercise certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has been training for the past 6 years. His love of sports and staying fit naturally brought him into the fitness industry where he quickly discovered his love of helping people improve their quality of life. He has gained valuable experience working with a wide variety of clients varying in age, skill level and physical limitations. Adam puts a lot of emphasis on delivering a workout that is “low-impact, low-stress”, in order to protect the bodies joints/tendons/ligaments, while still challenging and strengthening all functional movements. He takes a lot of pride in helping his clients reach their fitness goals, but his #1 rule is that you need to be having fun while doing it!
Miranda has completed her bachelors in Dance Performance at Muhlenberg College and currently is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer (CF-L1). Fitness has always been an important part of her life which led to her becoming a personal trainer. Miranda focuses on functional movements to improve strength and challenge clients with various backgrounds in fitness. She is currently enrolled in the NASM CPT program and continues to polish her unique training style.
Dr. Chris Johnson
Chris combined two research emphasizes during his doctoral studies, one in sports leadership and another in sport, fitness, and health science. This unique blend of mental and physical coaching gives him an edge during athlete programming and sessions as he is trained to produce incredible synergy between an athlete’s mind and body.
His coaching journey began at Harvard University. Eventually, his career led to a Head Strength and Conditioning Coordinator position at Lasell University where he coached for three years before opening a studio in Wellesley. Years later, he would return to Lasell as a professor. During that same time Chris joined the Army as a Medical Services Officer.
Chris has played sports his entire life. His achievements include running a 2:49 marathon and 1:19 half marathon. Voted rookie of the year by his college team while becoming a 3x MVP. Currently he stays fit through strength training and a blend of adventure sports.

Growing up a dancer, I traveled to discover cultures through music and movement which has widely inspired my uniquely choreographed, fun, creative and empowering classes. I stumbled upon a yoga class and discovered how yoga, dance and music perfectly complement each other leaving me in a state of trance. I truly enjoy creating and innovating unique sequences and offering one that’ll resonate with people’s bodies and souls. With diligent cueing and teachings, fluid transitions and a holistic environment, sharing my passion for yoga, is the ideal practice for me. I believe in the power of united movement, and my aim is for everyone to leave my class feeling empowered, inspired and fulfilled.
