MILAN , PRESIDENT.

Milan is a certified personal trainer and graduate of the American Academy of Personal Training and has more than 8 years of experience in the field. With a strong focus on form, Milan belives that improving functionality is the key to achieving ones fitness goals.





ANGELA , HEAD TRAINER.

Angela is a NASM certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. She helps her clients build strong bodies and uses her knowledge in biomechanics to aid clients in building functionally sound bodies. Angela uses innovative techniques and an out of the box approach to help her clients reach their goals.

JOSH, PERSONAL TRAINER.

Josh is a certified personal trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). During his 7+ years of working with a diverse range of clientele, he has equipped himself with the knowledge to help all fitness levels accomplish their goals. Josh has a strong focus on functional movements with a foundation of proper form and mechanices. His motto “A healthy functional lifestyle is non negotiable” is one that he lives by and cant wait to help you get fit with FIT!

RITU , HEAD YOGA INSTRUCTOR.

“ Yoga means so many different things to so many people. To me, Yoga
means finally arriving home. I love sharing my yoga journey with others. I
create in my class a positive,feel- good experience which includes
Pranayama (breathing work), Asana (Traditional yoga poses) and
Savasana (relaxation and rest).

My class will help you develop a practice of conscious, mindful movement within a comfortable, supportive
environment regardless of age, flexibility or athletic ability. Whether you are easing into yoga for the first time or coming to balance another

ADAM , PERSONAL TRAINER.

Adam got his personal training and corrective exercise certifications from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and has been training for the past 6 years. His love of sports and staying fit naturally brought him into the fitness industry where he quickly discovered his love of helping people improve their quality of life. He has gained valuable experience working with a wide variety of clients varying in age, skill level and physical limitations. Adam puts a lot of emphasis on delivering a workout that is "low-impact, low-stress", in order to protect the bodies joints/tendons/ligaments, while still challenging and strengthening all functional movements. He takes a lot of pride in helping his clients reach their fitness goals, but his #1 rule is that you need to be having fun while doing it!

MIRANDA, PERSONAL TRAINER .

Miranda has completed her bachelors in Dance Performance at Muhlenberg College and currently is a CrossFit Level 1 trainer (CF-L1). Fitness has always been an important part of her life which led to her becoming a personal trainer. Miranda focuses on functional movements to improve strength and challenge clients with various backgrounds in fitness. She is currently enrolled in the NASM CPT program and continues to polish her unique training style.
